Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be billed the prorated difference. When downgrading, the remaining balance is applied as credit.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace switches to the Starter plan automatically. No data is lost — you just lose access to Pro or AI features until you subscribe.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?
Yes. If you're an early-stage startup (under $1M in funding) or a registered nonprofit, reach out and we'll set up a discounted plan.
Is there an annual billing option?
Yes, annual billing gives you 2 months free. You can switch to annual billing from your account settings at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. For annual AI plans, we can also arrange invoicing.
Can I use Baseflow for open-source projects?
